GL events is a major group on the global events market.

Through its subsidiary Auvergne Events, the company organizes many conferences, exhibitions, fairs and events in the Clermont-Ferrand region and more generally in Auvergne.

We have been asked to capture one of these events (one quite unusual because of its size): the reception of the 6500 employees of Groupama Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in March 2017.

A huge event which required many material and staff resources to be properly carried out. A flexible team was mobilized during the whole week of installation, coupled with aerial and drone footage. Several cameramen were also present during the event to not miss anything. We shot with our Red Epic in 4 and 5K and with Sony A7SII.
